United Care ABA is building a clinical team focused on delivering meaningful, high-quality ABA services throughout Colorado, including communities where families have historically had limited access to care.

We provide in-home services to children of all ages and across a wide range of support needs. Our clinicians work where meaningful change happens—in the environments where children live, learn, and interact every day.

Location In-home services throughout Colorado; remote supervision/telehealth also available
Schedule Flexible case opportunities that align with your availability and preferred service areas
Salary $70-$90 per hour; Salaried positions available

While caregiver collaboration is not formally incorporated into Colorado’s insurance model, we believe some of the most meaningful clinical progress occurs when families are active participants in the therapeutic process.

For that reason, we have intentionally designed a clinical model that recognizes and supports the time required for thoughtful caregiver collaboration, practical guidance, and the promotion of meaningful outcomes beyond direct treatment hours.

We value clinicians who are thoughtful, collaborative, and committed to creating meaningful change in the lives of the children and families they serve. We believe strong clinical outcomes are achieved through individualized treatment, professional judgment, and a shared commitment to excellence.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support BTs/RBTs
  • Collaborate with caregivers and treatment team members to support meaningful progress
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust programming as needed
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure continuity of care
  • BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and related developmental needs
  • Remote supervision opportunities available in multiple states
  • United Care ABA has a significant presence in New York, creating additional opportunities for clinicians interested in providing remote supervision and clinical oversight
  • United Care ABA will cover the cost of obtaining your New York LBA for qualified clinicians interested in supervising cases in New York
