Across the country, families are being told there are no providers available, no clinicians in their area, or no capacity to take on additional cases. In some communities, services are becoming increasingly difficult to access despite the growing need for support.

At United Care ABA, we believe geography should not determine whether a child receives quality care.

We are building a nationwide network of BCBAs who are using telehealth to expand access, support families, and help shape what the future of ABA can look like.

Location Remote (Nationwide Telehealth)

Schedule Flexible schedules, can complement an existing caseload or support a full-time role

Salary $65-$80 per hour; Salaried opportunities for qualified BCBA's

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide telehealth-based clinical supervision and oversight
Collaborate with caregivers and treatment team members
Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
Ensure high-quality clinical documentation and compliance
Participate in clinical collaboration and professional development activities

Requirements

Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working with individuals with ASD and related developmental needs
Comfort working in a telehealth environment
Commitment to ethical, client-centered care

United Care ABA will cover the cost of obtaining your New York LBA for qualified clinicians interested in supervising New York cases
