The best clinical work happens when talented clinicians are given the support, flexibility, and opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

At United Care ABA, we are proud to serve families throughout New Jersey, a state that has long recognized the importance of providing access to quality autism services. We are building a team of BCBAs who are passionate about clinical excellence, collaboration, and helping children succeed across the environments that matter most in their lives.

New Jersey offers a unique opportunity to practice ABA across multiple settings and to work collaboratively with families, schools, direct staff, and other members of a child’s support system. We believe those partnerships create some of the most meaningful and lasting outcomes.

New Jersey has created opportunities for ABA services to be delivered across multiple settings, allowing clinicians to support children where learning and growth naturally occur. We believe meaningful progress is achieved when treatment is individualized, clinically driven, and implemented across the environments that matter most in a child’s life.

Our clinicians have the opportunity to collaborate with families, direct staff, schools, and other members of a child’s support system to promote consistency, generalization, and meaningful outcomes. We value BCBAs who think beyond individual sessions and are committed to helping children succeed across settings and throughout their daily lives.

We believe strong clinical outcomes are achieved through thoughtful assessment, individualized treatment planning, professional judgment, and a collaborative approach to care.
