Our clinicians have the opportunity to make a direct impact on access to care while working within a collaborative organization that values thoughtful clinical decision-making, professional growth, and service to families who might otherwise be left without options.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support BTs/RBTs
  • Collaborate with caregivers and treatment team members
  • Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Ensure high-quality clinical documentation and compliance
  • Partner with internal teams to support continuity of care
  • BCBA certification (BACB)
  • New York LBA or willingness to obtain New York licensure
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and related developmental needs
  • Remote supervision opportunities available in multiple states
  • Telehealth supervision and clinical oversight opportunities
  • United Care ABA will cover the cost of obtaining your New York LBA for qualified clinicians
