Salary $23-$28 per hour, Bi Weekly pay

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College coursework in psychology, education, special education, or related fields is welcomed but not required
  • Commitment to obtaining RBT certification within the required timeframe
  • Long-term interest in growing within the ABA field
  • Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Build positive relationships with children and families
  • Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
  • Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions
