Looking for ABA Work in New Jersey? Start Here

If you’re looking at ABA jobs in New Jersey, you’re probably asking yourself some version of the same questions most therapists ask: Will I have time to do good work with my families? Will I get the supervision and support I need? Can I grow here?

Those are fair questions. We’re building something at United Care ABA that we’re genuinely excited about: a place where therapists can do meaningful work, where clinical thinking is valued, and where you have real opportunities to grow. Here’s what working here looks like.

Why Join United Care ABA?

Caseloads that make sense
You’ll have time to know the families you work with, plan sessions thoughtfully, and deliver care that goes beyond checking boxes. When caseloads are manageable, you can focus on the quality of your work and build real relationships with the families you serve.

Administrative support that frees you up
Scheduling, insurance authorizations, billing—our operations team handles it. Your time goes toward clinical work: planning sessions, collecting data, and working directly with families. Less paperwork, more of what you’re trained to do.

Communication that doesn’t leave you guessing
You’ll know what’s expected and where you stand. Feedback is regular and useful, and when issues come up, we talk through them directly.

Professional Development and Growth

When you join United Care ABA, you’re joining a team that’s invested in helping you grow. We want you to build your skills, gain confidence in your clinical work, and find a path forward in your career.

1.

Hands-on onboarding and training

When you start, we’ll make sure you’re set up for success. You’ll get role-specific training, learn how we approach care, and have plenty of support as you settle into your role.

2.

Regular supervision with experienced BCB

Your supervisor is there to help you develop as a clinician. You’ll meet regularly to talk through cases, get feedback, and strengthen your clinical skills.

3.

Room to grow into leadership

As we grow, we want to grow our team with us. If you’re interested in taking on more responsibility or working toward your BCBA, we’ll support you in getting there. We’d rather develop our own people than always hire from outside.

What Makes Working Here Different

Your observations shape care
When you’re working with a family week after week, you notice things. Maybe a reinforcer isn’t working anymore, or a child does better with sessions outside, or there’s a family pattern affecting progress. Those observations matter here. You’re not just following a plan someone else wrote, you’re part of figuring out what helps each child and family.

Clinical judgment counts
We want you to think critically about your work. If something doesn’t make sense, ask. If you see a better approach, bring it up. Good clinical work requires judgment, not just following protocols without question.

The teamwork is genuine
You’ll work alongside BCBAs and other therapists who understand this work. When a case gets tricky, you work through it together. When a family has a win, you celebrate it together.
